Do you ship internationally?

Currently, We ship anywhere in the United States (shipping to Canada coming soon) for any other international shipping information please send us an email and we can discuss customs shipping options and try to make it happen for you!

How do I know that I am buying the right size for me?

Please refer to our size chart (here) to find the correct size for you. Our styles are all true to size. Also if you are curious about the sizes being worn on our models please refer to the text under each photo. If you have any additional questions, please send us an email and we will be happy to help!

I just placed my order! Now what?

Thank you for your order! You should receive an email of confirmation in the email address you provided which will give you all the information you need. Your order number is the most important! Now you can just sit back and patiently wait for your goodies (it's the hardest part we know!).

How do I know I placed my order successfully?

After an order has been placed online, please go to your email inbox. You should have received a confirmation email to the email address that you provided to us. In the email, you will see the order number, receipt of sale, and other important info. If you didn't receive an email after your purchase, please check your credit card info. If you have been charged but have not received a confirmation email please contact customer service by email.

How long until my package is shipped?

We send each package from our office with love so please give us 1-2 business days to get your care package together! You will receive tracking info once we have sent your package out for delivery! Delivery will depend on the shipping options that you chose while placing your order, however domestic orders usually take about 2-7 days (it will be worth the wait, we promise!).

How do I find my tracking info? How long will it take?

After you have placed your order you can find your tracking number in your confirmation email. 

On average, free (domestic) shipping takes around 2-7 business days.

Who can I contact if I have issues after I have placed my order?

If there are any issues that arise after you have placed your order, please contact us RIGHT AWAY. If it is not within business hours please send us an email and you will receive a call from us on the next business day. Make sure to have your order number ready!

I entered the wrong shipping address and completed the order, what do I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours and we will change the information before your package is sent out. If it's past 24 hours and your package is out for delivery, we will do our best to work with USPS to get the issue resolved. Make sure you have your order number ready and the correct address!

I have received my package! Now what?

The first thing we recommend you do is try everything on right away! If you love it as much as we think you will then enjoy your purchases and be sure to check out our blog and don't forget to tag us in your social media posts (#TaggedInMiami).

I'm not obsessed with my purchase like I thought I would be, How can I return it?

Don't love items as much as you thought you would? We totally understand and will work with you to get you your refund or store credit! If you were hitting our sale section sadly those items are FINAL SALE.

Refunds will be issued if your item meets the following criteria;

It's been 14 days since your original purchase was placed. 

The returned item is in original condition aka tags must be on, the piece must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, items must not be damaged or have any marking in any way (makeup, deodorant, animal hair, cigarette smell etc).

Shipping costs will not be refunded, and we are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at the address you provided or lost in the mail so make sure you double check all info. If you have provided us with an invalid shipping address you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

We take pride in making sure each item is in perfect condition before we send it out to you! We complete a full inspection of each piece in our office before shipment, so if you are unsure if you qualify for a return please contact us. If for some reason your return items don't meet our terms stated above we reserve the right to deny a return so make sure to do a check (we want you to be happy after all!).

What about exchanges

Sadly because we are based online, our items tend to sell quickly, and we try to keep a limited inventory of each piece this makes exchanges very difficult. We have no way to ensure that our inventory will still have items in your size. If it's urgent, please email or call us and we will try to move mountains for you to get your requested size.

My Tracking number says that my package was delivered but I haven't received it, what do I do?

First things first, double check that all the ordering information is correct (correct address, correct apartment number, ensure your shipment is not still in transit). If all of the ordering information is correct, please log on to USPS with your tracking number, and you will be provided with the details of your delivery (where it was delivered, time of delivery and if it was signed for, who signed for it). Please keep in mind that Pink Coral MIAMI is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages (which includes refunds or replacing shipments for packages that have been marked delivered). Although we will do what we can to help you locate your goodies, it is your responsibility to ensure that your order is being shipped to a valid, safe address so that we can both ensure its arrival.

I got my package and LOVE It but it's damaged.

OH NO! We pride ourselves on completing a full inspection of each order before we send it out. We package everything ourselves, so if there was an issue with a damaged product please let us know! We will provide you with a copy of the inspection, as well do what we can to make sure you get your perfect undamaged product! Please keep in mind, to receive your new items you need to contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.

I love Pink Coral! (and why wouldn't you?) Do you offer gift cards?

YES! We encourage giving Pink Coral as a gift for all the beach lovers in your life! You can purchase these gift cards (SOON)! We tend to do more gift certificates virtually however if you would like to purchase a handmade card and handheld gift card please contact us, and we will make your gift extra special for that special person.
